BERESHIT är en kollektion som växt fram ur min egen historia och är en stor del av berättandet. Bokstaven Shin representerar den viktigaste av alla böner i den judiska traditionen, Shema Israel. Shinet pryder ofta mezuzot, som sitter som en skyddstalisman på judiska dörrkarmar. Bönen i belyser mantrat att om detta må ni betätta vidare.
BERESHIT is a collection that grew from my own history and is i big part of telling my story. The letter Shin represents the most important prayer in Jewish tradition, “Shema Israel” that is the prayer inside the Mezuza that sits as a Talisman on Jewish doors. The prayer tells the story of how important it is to continue telling the story of our people.
